A full residential interior design project typically takes 12 to 24 weeks. This includes the initial layout consultation (2 weeks), concept development and mood boards (4 weeks), material curation and sourcing (6 weeks), construction coordination, and final styling setup (4–12 weeks depending on scale).
Yes. While we operate primarily as design directors and curators, we work closely with trusted licensed general contractors, engineers, and expeditors. We oversee drawings, submit schedules, and supervise all structural detailing on site to ensure high-fidelity implementation of our design plans.
Yes. We welcome standalone bespoke commissions—such as solid walnut dining tables, custom travertine fireplace mantels, marble desks, or linear brass shelving systems. These custom projects begin with a sketch meeting in our studio to choose specific slabs from our material inventory.
Yes. Although our primary studio and material library are located in SoHo, New York, we handle select residential and commercial interior commissions globally. For distant projects, we leverage digital drafting, site visits, and coordinate logistics to ship bespoke wood/stone assets directly.
