About Us
We are creative thinkers, architects, and artisans dedicated to exploring the intersection of raw nature and premium luxury.
Founded in 2020 by Marcus Vance and Sophia Sterling, Rawsthetic was born out of a shared frustration with the sterile, overly artificial nature of mass-produced modern interior design. We sought to return to the earth, creating spaces that feel alive, sensory, and visually rich.
Our philosophy is embedded in our name: a combination of "Raw" (rustic, organic, textured, natural) and "Aesthetic" (elegant, modern, structured, polished). By maintaining this delicate equilibrium, our designs stand out as premium works of spatial art that offer a sense of calm and tactile joy to all who inhabit them.
The Material Library
These four foundational elements form the core signature of every Rawsthetic space.
American Walnut
Rich, dense hardwood showcasing sweeping dark grains and organic live edges. We use it to add architectural warmth, grounding structures, and structural integrity.
Brushed Gold Brass
A premium metallic element that reflects warm light. We design bespoke light fixtures, custom cabinet tracks, and linear hardware to introduce a layer of architectural luxury.
Travertine Marble
An off-white porous stone characterized by unique natural pits and soft concentric textures. We employ it for massive custom desks, hearth mantels, and tactile wall highlights.
Belgian Linen
A roughly woven linen fabric made from natural flax fibers. We wrap our soft furnishings and drapery in linen to diffuse natural daylight and introduce organic textures.
